Driven by director dr. Mario Santalucia, perfectly organized by Dr. Licia Cosmai, Barletta was held in the Logistics Centre at the CME on "conflict management within an organization work." The course taught by dr. Achille Miglionico and dr. Paul Miglionico, exponents SIEB Institute, introduced the themes of physicians, psychologists, social workers, therapists, educators and other health professionals who lend their tireless work rehabilitating splitting between the towns of Barletta, Andria, Trani, Bisceglie, Canosa di Puglia, Margherita di Savoia, Minervino Murge, San Ferdinando di Puglia, Spinazzola and Tring. One hundred and fifty players have participated in intensive two editions, each two days, the dates of 9 to 10 February and 2-3 March 2011. Topics include the helping relationship, working alliance, the foundations of communication and Bateson berniana up to the games and transactional conflict. The most pragmatic approach focused on training in perception and empathic response in the form Gazda integrated with transactional analysis. Viva la participation and inteesse raised. The Rehabilitation Service was not new to such experiences: in 2006 there had been a first approach to effective communication with dr. Miglionico Achilles, but, despite the success of the initiative, there was the expected result for the geopolitical upheavals of the ASL. This time, instead there will be a more advanced course on topics that should be taken in the year. (Michele Miglionico)
